The 4K fibre optical range of HDMI cables bridges the gap between a short HDMI cable for 4K connectivity and a long-range system such as an HDMI extender over CAT6 cable. These cables are High Speed with Ethernet.
The cable has detachable ends enabling the size of the end of the cable to be temporarily reduced to allow the cable to be installed through a wall or into a conduit or trunking.
