The SB-DN-232IP-Pro converter enables two way communication between RS232 devices, and the HDL Buspro system. A user is able to control RS232 devices via the HDL Buspro system, and then receive feedback from the RS232 devices. In addition to this functionality the RS232 commands can also be used to send 24 ASCII code.
Conversion between HDL Buspro and RS-232 / RS-485:
The ability to seamlessly convert between HDL Buspro and RS-232 or RS-485 protocols, gives users the ability to synchronize and connect a multitude of devices. With this system flexibility users can quickly and easily enhance their existing automation solutions, or simply pick the products and devices that are best suited to meet their needs.
Dual port input:
With a HDL Buspro port, and Ethernet port, connections to practically any smart automation device can be accepted. These dual connections enable a user to create a bridge between different devices or targets, and control them via a HDL solution.
Up to 99 control commands:
With 99 control commands the SB-DN-RS232IP-Pro is capable of meeting the most rigorous user requirements. Each control command can control 20 different devices/targets, and the commands can then be edited via ASCII or HEX, tailoring them to the needs of the user.
Multiple Baud Rates:
Full support of 2400, 4800, 9600, 14400, 19200, 38400, 57600, and 115200 bps is given to ensure that the device is able to meet the modulation rate of all commonly used devices.
