All set top boxes have been refurbished to a Grade A standard, meaning they are functionally like new. Cosmetically, there may be some minor scratches but these should be minimal, barely noticeable, and will not affect the box's performance.

Please note the UHD-4X-2000 can record up to four programs simultaneously, but only if they are connected to a wideband LNB or dSCR input. With a quad/twin LNB or twin legacy feed, they will only be capable of recording two programs.
