12-1-21 Due to the need now for more of our staff to have to self-isolate; either contacted by track and trace or other household members being tested positive. We unfortunately might now start to see our services negatively impacted and in the short term suffer. Please read the CURRENT SERVICES section below for the latest information.

5-1-21 We confirm that Alltrade remains OPEN whilst the country is in its 3rd National Lockdown. Trade Counters are closed to visitors, all orders can be collected via the warehouse shutter door.

15-11-20 Suppliers and manufacturers are experiencing many stock shortages due to a six week delay in unloading at all major sea ports. We are also expecting many price rises now due to increased cost of both raw materials and freight movement. To combat these issues we have managed to increase our stockholding by over £1.5m over the past couple of months.

Please remain patient, our teams are doing their utmost to ensure you receive the same reliable service you have come to expect from us; however, this situation is beyond all of our control and we therefore request your understanding during these difficult times. Thank you.


All Branches are open normal hours between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday however this is for PRE-ORDERED PRODUCT COLLECTION ONLY.

 All current or future orders can be collected via the warehouse shutter doors in our car parks. Customers must phone in advance to place an order or use our online Click & Collect facility.

 Alltrade van deliveries are operating from the following branch locations: BRIGHTON & HOVE • CARDIFF • HEMEL HEMPSTEAD • MAIDSTONE • BOURNEMOUTH • READING • GLASGOW • NORTHAMPTON

CONTACT FREE DELIVERY: We only seek a verbal confirmation of delivery. Our drivers will sign for the delivery on your behalf and indicate where the stock has been left as per our normal keyholding service. This is supported by our vehicle tracking technology if confirmation is requested that our vehicle had attended your premises / site and delivery was made.

 Any next working day courier delivered orders will be processed and despatched by the relevant branch.

We cannot accept cash or cheques as forms of payment. Please pay online or by credit/debit card via the sales teams if you do not have a Credit Account.
