SERVICE UPDATE


BRIGHTON & HOVE • HEMEL HEMPSTEAD • CARDIFF • BOURNEMOUTH • READING • MAIDSTONE: Alltrade van deliveries operating from ALL BRANCH LOCATIONS.

ALL BRANCHES are open normal hours between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday however this is still for pre-ordered product collection only.

All carriage orders will continue to be processed and despatched by the BRIGHTON & HOVE or HEMEL HEMPSTEAD branch.

Many of our staff have now been un-furloughed although we will still be operating with a smaller staff number and some remain on furlough. Notably Lee Harding and Mark Bartlett have returned to support our Custom Installation customers alongside Ronan McTernan so can now be contacted directly.

Please note, all orders now placed, that fall within our van catchment areas will be processed and despatched by the local branch as per their van delivery schedule.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE


 All current or future orders can still be collected via the warehouse shutters in our car parks at all depots. Customers must phone in advance to place an order for collection or use our online Click & Collect facility.

Our delivery drivers and branch staff cannot accept accept cash or cheques as forms of payment, so please pay online or by credit card via the sales teams.

For the safety and wellbeing of our drivers and customers, we only seek a verbal confirmation of delivery. Our drivers will sign for the delivery on your behalf and indicate where the stock has been left as per our normal keyholding service. This will be supported by our vehicle track and trace facility if confirmation is requested that our vehicle had attended your premises / site and delivery was made.

During this challenging time, we will implement work schedules and processes to ensure we can continue to operate and serve our customers as best we can.

Please bear with us regarding any potential issues or delays and we do also expect to be experiencing stock shortages very soon due to the unprecedented actions some countries have had to take, rest assured we are adapting our operations in an attempt to minimise disruption.
