Following the recent Government announcements, we would like to confirm that Alltrade will remain FULLY OPEN whilst the new national restrictions are in place (England, Wales and Scotland).
We continue to have 100% of staff working. We are experiencing longer times to deal with order picking and restocking due to social distancing guidelines but thanks to the efforts of our excellent teams we are coping well.
TRADE COUNTERS are open with social distancing and maximum of 1 company at a time.
PRE-ORDER FOR COLLECTION: To reduce the amount of time you might spend in our Trade Counters we are requesting you to PRE-ORDER by using our website or phone your branch before arriving. We thank you for your understanding.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: We request just one company at a time in the Trade Counter area (maximum of 2 colleagues). If we are serving another customer when you arrive, please wait outside until that customer has left the building. Upon entering the building please use the hand sanitiser provided.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: To manage the COVID-19 risk in the workplace all our Trade Counters have been modified to ensure 2m social distancing is possible, we have marked the floor areas and installed screens as visual reminders. We are not open to the general public but are supporting all employees and trade customers in using face coverings safely if they choose to wear one.

CONTACT FREE DELIVERY: We only seek a verbal confirmation of delivery. Our drivers will sign for the delivery on your behalf and indicate where the stock has been left as per our normal keyholding service. This is supported by our vehicle tracking technology if confirmation is requested that our vehicle had attended your premises / site and delivery was made.
Any next working day courier delivered orders will be processed and despatched by the relevant branch.
We currently do not accept cash or cheques as forms of payment. Please pay online or by credit card via the sales teams if you do not have a Credit Account. You can apply quickly and easily for a credit account online via our website.
