ELAN Certified Training - Level 1

Overview

Our ELAN Certified Training (Level 1) has been developed to offer a comprehensive, structured approach to learning ELAN. This two day course is the perfect introduction to home automation programming.

Who should attend

This training is the perfect introduction to home automation programming for anyone wishing to become as ELAN installer

Day 1

  • Basic level introduction to programming ELAN, covering setting up lighting, heating, CCTV and basic media programming in a real test environment
  • Basic system wiring and fault finding

Day 2

  • Introduction to macro programming
  • Recap of Day 1
  • Q&A session
  • Level 1 Test

We recommended that attendees who pass the level 1 test invest in a SC100 demo controller to maintain their skills.

Sam Breen

Sam has worked in the AV industry for 17 years, 8 years of those has been working with ELAN products and he was awarded the title of ‘International Trainer of the Year' in 2015.

With a wealth of knowledge in ELAN training, installations and Driver development, Sam is the ‘go to’ guy in the industry for ELAN Tech Support.

Ronan McTernan

Northern Sales Representative for CI, Alltrade

Ronan has worked in the CI industry since 2014 and has represented ELAN in the UK and Ireland since that time.

He is responsible for building the ELAN Brand and helping ELAN dealers build their ELAN business. Ronan offers training, support, specifying, quotations, sales and in the field support - wherever dealers are based in the UK! 

As a well known figure in the CI Industry, Ronan is here to look after you.
